​1. Acceptance of Terms​

3. Commitment to comply with applicable laws (including China E-Commerce Law & your country’s import policies).

2. ​Security: Safeguard password/payment access. Unauthorized use losses are at your risk;
3. ​Updates: Ensure accuracy of customs declarations (recipient name/ID). False info causing returns incurs shipping fees.

1. ​Curation Statement: Product descriptions (material/size/color) reflect Oboos curation but ​screen variations may occur;
2. ​Pricing Policy:
   • Listed prices are ​FOB China​ (exclude duties/taxes). Destination fees auto-calculated at checkout (DDP/DAP options);
   • We reserve rights to adjust prices due to exchange rates/supply chain costs.
3. ​Order Contract: Your payment is an offer. ​Order confirmation occurs upon our shipment notice email.

​4. Shipping & Duties​

1. ​Int’l Logistics:
   • Third-party carriers (DHL/EMS) are used. Risk transfers upon carrier receipt;
   • Customs delays/inspections are not our breach.
2. ​Duty Obligations:
   • ​DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)​: Oboos covers import taxes;
   • ​DAP (Delivered At Place)​: You pay destination duties (may cause parcel holds).

​5. Returns & Refunds​

1. ​Eligibility:
   • Unwanted items: Return within ​7 days​ (unused, tags attached);
   • Defects (e.g., broken hardware/leather flaws): Submit photo evidence within ​48 hours of delivery.
2. ​Key Notes:
   • ​Cross-border Returns: Ship to designated overseas hubs (see return email). ​Customer pays return shipping for non-defective items;
   • ​Customized Goods​ (engraving/special leather) are non-returnable.

​6. Intellectual Property​

1. ​Content License: Uploading reviews/images grants Oboos global, non-exclusive usage rights;
2. ​Infringement Reports:
   • Suspect counterfeit design? Email evidence to [email protected];
   • Confirmed violations will be ​removed within 24 hours.

​7. Liability Limitation​

1. ​Maximum Compensation: Direct loss liability caps at the ​contested order value;
2. ​Exclusions: ​Not liable​ for:
   • Customs seizures (e.g., violation of animal protection laws);
   • User modifications causing damage;
   • Force majeure (wars/pandemics/port strikes).

​8. Governing Law​

1. These Terms are governed by ​laws of P.R. China;
2. Disputes prioritize ​amicable negotiation, failing which submit to ​ShenZhen Arbitration Commission.

​9. Updates​
